The most fascinating thing about this photo is the reflection of an unknown luminous object (maybe a window) in the paint pouring from the mouth. Also, there is another reflection in the bubble of saliva between the teeth, which also adds light to the image. This contrast of matte surfaces (like the skin and lips) and the highly reflective liquid is a success. I would have liked to see other perspectives on this subject, like a closer crop on the lips, combined with no black background. Also, a larger area covered in white paint might have offered a different effect. Overall, a great photo!
